Maar deze prikkels zijn tijdelijk en veranderlijk. Je waarde zit niet in een kleurtje van de zon, het zit in wat je te bieden hebt. Of je nu lichter, donkerder, of wat dan ook bent, dat verandert niks aan wie jij bent. Je kracht zit in je acties, niet in hoe bruin je terugkomt van vakantie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>03<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1729283916049\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Fysieke Prikkel 03: Ik ben dik<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Een negatief oordeel over je gewicht dat je zelfbeeld kan beheersen, vooral in een cultuur die dunheid als ideaal promoot. Dus trek je beste outfit aan en ga ervoor. Je lichaam is je motor, niet je beperking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>04<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1729283916050\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Fysieke Prikkel 04: Ik ben kaal<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Een verandering die je het gevoel kan geven dat je controle verliest over je uiterlijk. Wat er echt toe doet is je energie, je uitstraling, en hoe je de wereld tegemoet treedt. Accepteer het: je haar is slechts een accessoire, geen definitie van je waarde. Je impact is veel groter dan wat er op je hoofd gebeurt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>05<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1729283916051\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Fysieke Prikkel 05: Ik ben klein<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Een oordeel over je lengte, waarbij je je vergeleken met anderen minderwaardig of minder krachtig voelt. Onzin. Je lengte heeft niks te maken met je invloed. Het zijn je acties, je woorden, en je energie die bepalen hoe mensen op je reageren, niet hoe lang je bent. Je maakt jezelf klein door die gedachte vast te houden. Stop daarmee. Grootse dingen komen vaak in kleine verpakkingen. Jouw kracht zit in je daden, niet in de centimeters die je meet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>05<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1729283916060\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Fysieke Prikkel 05: Ik ben snel<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Een positieve fysieke eigenschap, maar die je ook kan belasten. Echt? Snelheid is niet alles, en je waarde hangt er zeker niet vanaf. Soms moet je juist vertragen om dingen goed te doen. Stop met denken dat alles in een razendsnel tempo moet gebeuren om waardevol te zijn. Als je je tempo moet aanpassen, dan is dat prima. Zolang je vooruitgaat, maakt de snelheid niet uit. Wat telt is de kwaliteit van wat je levert, niet hoe snel je het doet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>06<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1729283916061\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Fysieke Prikkel 06: Ik ben moe<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Fysieke uitputting die je laat twijfelen aan je vermogen om verder te gaan. Dat zegt niks. Traag of snel, het gaat om hoe goed je het doet. Snelheid zonder richting is waardeloos. Werk op jouw tempo en lever kwaliteit af. Dat is wat telt.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"t-1729283916053\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Emotionele Prikkels: Gevoelens die voorbij gaan<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Emoties zoals angst, verdriet of spanning kunnen je volledig overspoelen, vooral wanneer het impostor-syndroom de boventoon voert. Je voelt misschien dat deze emoties je defini\u00ebren of dat je erdoor verlamd raakt. Maar emoties zijn als golven die komen en gaan. Ze zeggen niets over jouw waarde als persoon. De uitdaging is om deze emoties te erkennen zonder ze vast te pakken, ze te laten passeren en jezelf eraan te herinneren dat jij meer bent dan de gevoelens die op dat moment de overhand hebben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>01<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1729283916055\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Emotionele Prikkel 01: Ik ben verdrietig<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Een emotionele toestand die je volledig kan overnemen, vooral als je het idee hebt dat er geen uitweg is.
