Het angstzweet brak me uit en het stemmetje van mijn innerlijke criticus maakte overuren. Ik had bijna gezegd dat ik het niet wilde doen, totdat ik me realiseerde dat zo&#8217;n spreekklus ook enorme kansen met zich meebrengt.In deze podcast vertel ik je hoe ik afrekende met deze faalangst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>ik realiseerde me dat ik in mijn hoofd een nep-realiteit had gecre\u00eberd waar ik afscheid van mocht nemen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>ik realiseerde me dat mijn analytisch brein overuren maakte en dat ik met de theorie van Joe Dispenza, rust kon cre\u00eberen in mijn hoofd<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>ik realiseerde me dat ik met de high power pose van Amy Cuddy mijn eigen brein kon foppen, waardoor ik pas echt afrekende met mijn faalangst<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Natuurlijk heeft elke beroemde spreker, coach, trainer, acteur, musicalster nog steeds faalangst voordat hij of zij het podium op kruipt. Iedereen die dat niet heeft, die liegt!
